2. About These General Terms And Conditions Of Sale
- These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, the “T&Cs”) are intended to govern all the sale contracts entered into between us and you, meaning a natural person acting for purposes which are outside their trade, business or professional activity (hereinafter, “you” or “your”), as a result of the submission of a purchase order (hereinafter, the “Order”) via the website www.ammodoconcept.com (hereinafter, the “Website”).
- If you buy products on our Website, you must be above the legal age for purchasing products and entering into contracts.
- If you buy products on our Website you agree to be legally bound by these T&Cs. By accepting these T&Cs at the purchase of any products on the Website, you undertake to comply with them. If you do not accept these T&Cs you will not be able to place Orders and make purchases on our Website.
- When buying any products on our Website, you also agree to be legally bound by our Website Terms and Conditions of Use (and any documents referred to in them) as set out here and our Privacy Policy are available here.
- We reserve the right to make amendments to these T&Cs at any time should they be necessary to comply with legal provisions, to adapt them to our sales process or for technical reasons.
The updated version of these T&Cs will be published on the Website from time to time. You are invited to check these T&Cs before placing your Order for possible updates or amendments.
3. Create An Account
- In order to purchase the products on the Website, you can create a new account on the Website or access the Website as a guest.
- In order to create a new account on the Website, you shall (i) correctly complete the registration form, inserting all data requested therein (such as name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, address etc.), read the Privacy Policy and (iii) confirm the registration. All fields indicated as compulsory must be completed.
- For the purposes of the creation of your account on the Website, you shall choose a password which you are required to keep secret as set out in the Terms and Conditions of Use.
- Following your registration on the Website, you will receive confirmation of your successful registration via email to the address you provided during the registration process.
- You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us using the contact details at the top of this page. Upon receipt of this communication, any contractual relationship between us – without prejudice to the Orders already shipped before the cancellation request – will be considered terminated and your credentials will be deleted.
4. Ordering Products From Us
- Below, we set out how a legally binding contract between you and us is made.
- By submitting an Order on the Website, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products and, thus, to enter into a purchase agreement, which will be governed by these T&Cs.
- When you place an Order on the Website, please read, and check your Order carefully before submitting it. However, if you need to correct any errors you can do so before submitting it to us.
- Should you become aware of any errors solely upon the confirmation of the Order, you must contact us.
- When you place your Order at the end of the online checkout process by clicking the “Check Out” button, we will acknowledge it by an email confirming that such Order has been accepted by us (hereinafter, the “Order Confirmation”).
- We reserve the right to cancel any Orders (and Orders already accepted), without being liable for any damages or costs towards you. By way of example and not limitation, this would typically happen for the following reasons: the products are unavailable, we cannot authorize your payment, we cannot deliver to the address provided, or there has been a mistake on the pricing or description of the products.
- You may select for purchase solely the products published on the Website which are available at the moment of your Order. The selected products will be placed in the shopping cart. You may cancel or modify at any moment the content of your shopping cart up to the submission of the Order. You can review the orders you have placed and their current status at any time by visiting our Website and clicking on.
- We will update the products’ catalogue from time to time, however we do not provide any warranty on the availability of a certain product’s and/or all versions of all products/colours displayed on the Website.
- Each product is accompanied by a description of its main characteristics. Due to the settings of the device you might be using, images and colours shown in the products’ description might not correspond precisely to their effective features. Therefore, the images of the products shall be considered as indicative only within normal tolerance limits.
5. Right To Cancel And Right To Return
- If cancellation notice from your side is duly received by writing to orders@ammodoconcept.com and the order has not been processed/approved by Us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to your credit/debit card. Orders that are cancelled after they have been shipped are subject to a cancellation fee to be deducted from your refund equal to the order’s shipping and processing costs.
- After you received our products, you may decide to return them within 5 days of their delivery to the address you have indicated for the shipment. However, please note that such right cannot be applied to products that are bespoke, customized or otherwise manufactured on the basis of your individual requirements.
- Your right to return the products is valid only if they are returned to us in the same condition in which they were received, in their original packaging, guarantee booklets, instructions and other accompanying documents, if any. No refund will be made if the product has been used, if the products are not in the same conditions in which they were delivered, or if they have suffered damages.
- To exercise the rights to cancel your Order return the products, you must inform us declaring your intention by using the email orders@ammodoconcept.com. We will then reply to you by sending an email containing the relevant information including the instructions for the return of the product.
6. Effects Of Cancellation And Return
- If you cancel the Order or return the products, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you. In case of return, we, or a courier instructed by us, will collect the products and the shipping costs for the return of the products will be borne by you.
- We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. Please note that the reimbursement will be processed in accordance with the conditions provided for by the relevant provider. However, we reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the products, whichever is the earliest.
7. Delivery
- You may see your delivery options before placing your order. Delivery of the products will take place when we, or a courier instructed by us, deliver them to the address you provided during the ordering process.
- You are responsible for the products when delivery has taken place. In other words, the risk in the products passes to you when you take possession of the products.
- If a recipient’s address is found to be incomplete or incorrect, we may attempt to find the correct address and to complete the delivery, but we assume no responsibility for our inability to complete delivery under such circumstances.

Standard delivery is AED20 and takes 1-2 business days and shipping is free if your shopping cart is AED500 and above. - DELIVERY IN ABU DHABI

We are pleased to offer an accurate shipping cost based on the final destination and the weight measurements of your items (upon request only via hello@ammodoconcept.com). In such case, your purchase may take longer to arrive (an approximate timeline will be communicated via email by our Customer Care team).
8. Prices And Payment
- The price of the products is in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (“AED”), includes VAT at the applicable rate and does not include the shipping costs. You will bear the shipping costs in their entirety. Such costs may vary and will be indicated separately in the Order summary.
- You may pay your Orders only by using the method(s) indicated in the specific page of the Website. We do not accept cash on delivery.
9. Warranty
- The products sold to you on the Website are covered by the legal warranty of conformity set forth by this clause (hereinafter, the “Warranty”).
- We will be liable for any manufacturing defect or lack of conformity existing at the moment of product delivery, provided that such lack of conformity is manifested within 15 days from the product delivery.
- Should we consider that the reported manufacturing defect or lack of conformity has been proven based on the complaint received, we will bear the shipping costs for the return of the product and clause 3. shall apply.
- Should we instead consider, on the analysis of the complaint received and the provided documentation, that the manufacturing defect or lack of conformity is not proven and/or your complaint is not substantiated, you may return the product to us at your own expenses to enable us to carry out a physical analysis of the product. Should we assess, upon receipt of the product, that the reported manufacturing defect or lack of conformity exists, then clause 3. shall apply. On the contrary, should we assess that the reported manufacturing defect or lack of conformity has not occurred or the conditions to apply the Warranty are not satisfied, the Warranty will not apply and all shipping costs – whether borne by you to send the product to us or vice versa -, will be borne by you. In such cases, we will promptly inform you to such effect and the product will be returned to the delivery address you indicated.
- In case the Warranty applies, we may offer you a substitute or replacement product or we will give you a full refund through the possible means, including any shipping costs borne by you to send the product to us in the case set out in clause 2. above.
- Please note that our products are created by following a craft process that makes each piece unique. Therefore, each one of them can show small differences with other pieces. None of these variations or differences is a manufacturing defect, but it is instead an added value to each piece.
You will lose your rights under the Warranty if you fail to report such manufacturing defect or lack of conformity to us within 2 from the date of its discovery, by contacting us using the contact details at the top of this page, describing accurately and completely the alleged defects of the product to prove the manufacturing defect or lack of conformity.
10. Applicable Law And Disputes
- These Terms of Use shall be governed by the relevant laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- We will try to resolve any disputes with you quickly and efficiently. If you are unhappy with us, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details at the top of this page. If we cannot resolve a dispute and if you want to take court proceedings, the Courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates will have exclusive jurisdiction to solve our dispute.
